What do we ship?
Clothes, books, household items, personal belongings and gifts. Restricted items such as liquids, batteries and perfumes have conditions that we explain to you before sending.
How do you prepare your box?
- Use a strong carton, not a weak used box.
- Do not fill a box with heavy things alone — spread the weight.
- Fill the gaps so the contents cannot move.
- Write a contents list for each box and number it.
- Tape in an H shape across the top and the bottom.
How is the price worked out?
By shipping method: air by chargeable weight, sea by volume. We tell you which is cheaper for your case, rather than leaving you to choose without knowing the difference.
