Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between Home Safe Logistics Services Est. and its customers. Using our services means you accept them.

Scope of service

We provide international shipping by sea, air and land, packing and securing, customs clearance and temporary storage — from the Kingdom and the Gulf states to the destinations listed on the site.

Quotes and prices

A written quote is valid for the period stated in it.
The price is based on the details you gave us. If the volume, weight or type of goods differs on collection, the quote is amended and the customer told before any work.
Customs charges in the destination country are paid there and are not part of the price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The customer’s responsibility

Giving correct details of the shipment’s contents and value.
Not including prohibited or restricted items without disclosure.
Providing the required documents on time.
Correct consignee details that match their identity document.

A breach of any of these may lead to the shipment being held up or detained, and its consequences fall on the customer.

Our responsibility

Carrying out the service to the agreed standards.
Safeguarding the shipment during the stages under our management.
Telling the customer of any material change to the schedule.

We are not liable for delay arising from carriers’ schedules, customs procedures, force majeure or missing customer documents.

Payment

Agreed in the quote. We may ask for an advance payment for shipments that need prior booking or special preparation.

Cancellation

Cancellation before work begins is free of charge. After collection, packing or booking, the actual costs incurred are charged.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms, and the version published here is the one in force. A change does not affect an existing agreement signed by both parties.

Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is heard before the competent body there.
