What you enter in the forms: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, the pickup city and destination, and the type and details of the shipment.
What you send for tracking: the shipment or invoice number and the mobile number on the order.
What you send on WhatsApp: the messages and photos you send.
Technical data: the page the request was sent from, the browser type and the IP address, to protect the forms from automated requests.

Why do we collect it?

To prepare the quote and reply to your request.
To carry out, follow up and deliver the shipment.
To prepare the documents customs and carriers ask for.
To contact you about your request.
To improve the site and learn which pages help its visitors.

Who sees it?

Our team dealing with your request. We share only what is needed with the parties without whom the shipment cannot be completed: the carrier, the clearing agent, the customs authorities in the countries of departure and arrival, and the insurer if you ask for insurance.

We do not sell your data or give it to any marketing party.

How long do we keep it?

We keep order data for as long as carrying it out requires, and as the regulations oblige us to keep records and invoices. Quote requests that did not become shipments are deleted periodically.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses what it needs to work: remembering the language you chose, and protecting the forms. We may use tools to measure visits and advertising performance, which work on aggregated data that does not reveal your identity. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

How do we protect your data?

The site runs over an encrypted connection.
Access to the request log is limited to authorised staff.
The forms ask for no card details and no passwords.

Your rights

To know what data of yours we hold.
To ask for it to be corrected.
To ask for it to be deleted, unless a regulation obliges us to keep it.
To withdraw your consent to being contacted.
