Who ships from Riyadh to Jordan, and what do they ship?

Riyadh has a large Jordanian community: engineers, doctors, teachers, accountants and business owners, many of whom have lived there for long years. So what leaves most on this route is a whole home, for a family that has finished work and gone back. After that come cartons and appliances a resident sends to his family, then the goods of Riyadh’s factories and traders, then cars. Each of them has a method that suits the size of the shipment and its date:

Shipper What they ship Most suitable method
A Jordanian family returning on final exit A whole home’s furniture and appliances Full truck with a single exemption file
An employee moving alone A bedroom, cartons and suitcases Shared load
A resident sending to family Cartons, appliances and gifts By carton or by the kilogram, by land
Traders and factories Foodstuffs, dates, plastics and building materials A pallet, a Dyna truck or a full trailer
Car owner A recent car to register in Jordan Car carrier
Companies, public bodies and embassies Office furniture, equipment and files A dedicated truck on a set date

Route and transit time from Riyadh to Jordan

The truck leaves Riyadh on the Qassim expressway and passes Buraydah and then Hail, which is roughly half the way. From Hail it heads north to the Al-Jawf region, then to Qurayyat, and from there it is 36 km to the Haditha border post, the largest of the Kingdom’s land crossings. After the Jordanian Omari post about 155 km remain to Amman through Azraq and Zarqa. Trucks coming from the Eastern Province have a second road, through Hafar Al-Batin, Arar and Turaif, which joins the first at Qurayyat.

Stage Approximate distance Usual time
Dismantling, packing and loading in Riyadh — One day
Riyadh → Hail About 640 km through Qassim 7–8 hours
Hail → Haditha border post About 650 km through Al-Jawf and Qurayyat 8–9 hours
Haditha and Omari — Hours to a day
Omari → Amman About 155 km through Azraq and Zarqa Two to 3 hours
Unloading and assembly — Half a day to a day
Method Door-to-door time Suits
Full truck 3–4 days A whole home’s furniture and goods
Shared load 5–7 days A room, cartons and a few pallets
Car carrier 3–5 days Cars
Cartons and suitcases by land 5–7 days Residents’ belongings and gifts
Air from King Khalid Airport One to 3 days Documents, parcels and samples

What lengthens the time?

  • Summer: the season of returning expatriates and holiday travel crowds the Haditha post, so the wait there grows.
  • Waiting for consolidation: a shared load does not move until the truck is full.
  • A vague list: the words “household items” mean a full manual inspection at Omari.
  • New among used: it halts the exemption file until it is valued and its duty paid.
  • The owner’s absence: a returnee’s exemption file needs him or his agent present at clearance in Jordan.

Shipping prices from Riyadh to Jordan

The price on this route follows one question: how much of the truck does your shipment take? Someone shipping a whole home pays for a truck that moves on his day, and someone shipping a room or cartons pays for his space only. These are the prices our services start from, from your door in Riyadh to the consignee’s door in Amman:

What you ship Method Price starts from
A carton of personal items Land freight SAR 140
Suitcase Land freight SAR 230
Personal items by weight Land freight SAR 9.2 per kilogram
A screen of 55 inches or more Land freight in a protective crate SAR 370
A sofa or seating set Shared load SAR 740
Furniture of one room or a studio Shared load SAR 1,650
Furniture of a two- to three-room flat Truck SAR 3,700
Furniture of a large flat Truck SAR 6,000
A villa’s furniture Full truck SAR 7,800
Saloon car Shared carrier SAR 1,290
Four-wheel-drive Dedicated carrier SAR 2,020
A pallet of goods Shared load SAR 550
A 6-metre Dyna truck Commercial goods SAR 3,220
A 15-metre trailer Commercial goods SAR 5,980
Air freight From King Khalid Airport SAR 14 per kilogram
Documents Express SAR 83

Prices quoted in the market for this route: a carton of belongings between SAR 150 and 250, belongings by weight between SAR 10 and 15 per kilogram, a large screen between SAR 400 and 700, a sofa set between SAR 800 and 1,500, a room of furniture between SAR 1,800 and 2,800, a flat’s furniture between SAR 4,000 and 6,500, and a villa between SAR 8,500 and 14,000. A saloon car runs between SAR 1,400 and 1,900, and in some offers between SAR 3,500 and 7,000. Small parcels up to 5 kg run between SAR 60 and 120 by land and between SAR 90 and 200 by air. So use the table as a reference point for any figure you receive, and always ask what it covers.

What sets the price Its effect
Volume The first factor. Work it out with the volume calculator
Full truck or shared A full truck is faster and dearer, and in a shared load you pay for your space only
Delivery city Zarqa and Amman are nearer the border post, Irbid is farther, and Aqaba the farthest
Dismantling, packing and assembly Items stated in the offer, not added after it
Difficulty of delivery Amman is a city of hills and steps, and many of its buildings have no goods lift
Season Summer and the end of the school year see higher demand

How do you lower the cost?

  • Choose a shared load if your shipment is a room or less and your date is not pressing.
  • Keep brand-new purchases out of your furniture load, because the duty and tax charged on them can outweigh whatever they cost less in Saudi Arabia than in Jordan.
  • Sell what is heavy and cheap in Riyadh, and buy its like in Amman.
  • Book three weeks before summer, or put it off until afterwards if you can.
  • Photograph every item clearly and send us the pictures: the closer the estimate, the less room for the price to shift when the truck is loaded.

All the factors are explained on the shipping pricing factors page.

What sets shipping from Riyadh to Jordan apart

Riyadh is not on Jordan’s border like Tabuk, nor on its sea like Jeddah, yet it ships more to Jordan than any other city in the Kingdom. That gives it three practical advantages. The first is that consolidated trips from it are frequent, so a shared load does not wait long. The second is that its airport runs daily direct flights to Amman. The third is that its road to Haditha passes Qassim and Hail, so shipments from both cities join the same trip.

Particular Its effect How we handle it
Regulated truck entry into Riyadh A large truck does not enter the districts at peak hours We fix the loading hour in advance and confirm the hours in force the day before
Towers and residential compounds An exit permit for furniture and a booked service lift We ask the building management for the permit before the date
A long desert road Heat, dust and two days of vibration A closed truck, two-layer packing and strap lashing
No port in Riyadh Sea freight goes through Jeddah first Land is the rule, and sea is for commercial containers only
The final exit date The home is vacated before the home in Jordan is ready Storage in our warehouse until you set the date

Shipping home and office furniture from Riyadh to Jordan

Furniture shipping from Riyadh to Jordan

Furniture leaving Riyadh covers 1,450 km, most of it desert, passes a customs inspection in which pieces may be unloaded and reloaded, and is then carried in Amman over steps and slopes. Packing that is enough for a move between two districts of Riyadh is not enough here. We dismantle and pack at your home or office, load into a closed truck, and assemble in Jordan through our crew there.

  • Survey: by photos or a visit, to estimate the volume and see whether a shared load is enough or a full truck is needed.
  • Dismantling: we take apart bedroom sets, wardrobes, kitchens and desks, number each part, and tape a bag holding its screws to every piece.
  • Office furniture: desks, meeting tables, metal cabinets and files are numbered by department and room, so everything goes back to its place.
  • Air conditioners: removed by pumping the gas down into the outdoor unit, with their openings sealed.
  • Inventory: a numbered list of every carton and piece in the owner’s name as in his passport, which is what is presented to Jordanian customs.
  • Assembly: our crew in Jordan takes each piece to its room, assembles bedrooms and wardrobes, and removes the packing waste.

Service details are on the furniture shipping page.

Moving heavy furniture and large pieces

Some pieces need more than two workers and a blanket: an iron safe, a piano, a marble table, a six-door wardrobe, a gym machine, a double-door fridge. These are the pieces most often damaged in long-distance shipping, and the ones that most often harm stairs and doors on the way down. So they have a crew and equipment separate from the carton crew.

  • Equipment: lifting trolleys, carrying straps, stair sliding boards, and an external hoist when the lift cannot take the piece.
  • Marble and glass: the slab is separated from its base and carried upright in a padded wooden crate.
  • Large wardrobes: dismantled into panels, so no single piece is carried down a staircase.
  • Loading: heavy items go at the front of the truck and on its floor, lashed to its walls with ratchet straps.
  • In Amman: we ask before arrival about the number of flights and the width of the entrance, to bring enough workers.

Packing: what we use for each piece

Packing decides the state of the shipment on arrival more than anything else on this route. Each material has a job: the carton carries, foam absorbs the shock, the blanket prevents scratches, and wood protects against pressure. This is our way with each type:

Piece Packing material Note
Painted wood and bedrooms Blankets, then corrugated carton Corners are protected with reinforced carton pieces
Sofas and mattresses Plastic wrap over fabric Dried before packing, as trapped moisture leaves mould
Glass, mirrors and marble Foam and a wooden crate Carried upright, not flat
Crockery and ornaments Paper and foam in a double-wall carton A carton does not exceed 30 kg
Screens and electronic devices The original carton or a crate with foam A “fragile” label and the carrying direction
Fridges and washing machines Foam and reinforced carton Emptied and dried a day before, with the washer drum secured

After packing you receive a report of what was used for each piece, with its photos. Packing methods are in the packing guide, and securing inside the truck is on the packing and lashing page.

Full truck or shared load?

This is the first decision in land freight, and it changes the price, the time and the customs handling together. A full truck moves on your loading day and is opened once at the border post in your name. A shared one gathers several shipments for different owners, so it waits to fill up, and each shipment in it has its own file.

Comparison Shared load Full truck
You pay for Your shipment’s space only The whole truck
Time 5–7 days 3–4 days
Departure Once the truck is full On loading day
Customs Several files in one truck One file in your name
Best for A room, cartons, a few appliances A whole home, and a returnee’s exemption file

A returnee’s furniture with an exemption file is safer in a full truck: one list, one inspection, and no waiting for anyone else’s papers. Details are on the land freight page.

Shipping parcels and suitcases from Riyadh to Jordan

Not everyone who ships has a home to move. A resident sends cartons of clothes and gifts to his family in Irbid before Eid, a student sends his books, and a company sends a sample or a spare part. These small and medium shipments join the frequent land trips from Riyadh, or fly if they are urgent.

  • Carton: double-wall, from SAR 140, and no more than 30 kg.
  • Suitcase: from SAR 230, wrapped in film and numbered.
  • By weight: from SAR 9.2 per kilogram for personal belongings.
  • Collection: from your home or office in Riyadh, with a receipt stating the number of pieces and their weight.
  • Delivery: to the consignee’s door; his full four-part name, national number and a Jordanian mobile number are needed.
  • What does not go in them: cash, gold, medicines without a prescription and loose batteries.

Details are on the parcel shipping page.

Shipping smart and electronic devices

The screen, the computer, the games console and smart-home devices are the dearest and weakest things in the carton. Their damage usually comes not from one fall but from two days of vibration on a long road. So they are packed on the assumption that they will be loaded and unloaded more than once, and the carrying direction is written on every box.

Device How it is shipped What it needs
Screens In the original carton or a wooden crate with foam, upright From SAR 370 for a screen of 55 inches or more
Computers and printers Foam on every side in a double carton A backup of your data before shipping
Mobile phones and tablets Usually by air The battery inside the device, not loose
New devices in their boxes Like the rest An invoice, because they are valued and pay duty and tax
Large home appliances Emptied, dried and with moving parts secured A check of the 50/60 Hz frequency label

The voltage in Jordan is 230 volts as in Saudi Arabia, but the frequency is 50 Hz against 60 in Saudi Arabia. Most modern appliances run on both frequencies. Sockets in Jordanian homes are of several types, so you may need a simple adaptor. And Jordanian customs exempts one piece of each appliance in a returnee’s furniture, while duplicates are treated as goods.

Shipping commercial goods from Riyadh to Jordan

Riyadh is a city of factories and warehouses, and from its industrial cities foodstuffs, dates, plastics, building materials and furniture go out to Jordan. A Jordanian trader cares about two things: that the goods arrive on the supply date, and that he does not pay a duty he could avoid. Saudi Arabia and Jordan are both members of the Greater Arab Free Trade Area, so goods of Saudi origin benefit from the customs exemption on a certified certificate of origin.

  • Units: a pallet from SAR 550 in a shared load, a 6-metre Dyna from SAR 3,220, and a 15-metre trailer from SAR 5,980.
  • Truck types: closed for general goods, flatbed for equipment and building materials, and refrigerated for food.
  • Certificate of origin: certified by the chamber of commerce; without it the duty is charged in full.
  • Sales tax: 16% in Jordan on most items, paid at clearance even with the duty exemption.
  • Importer: with a Jordanian commercial registration and an importer card.
  • Inspection: some items are inspected by the Standards and Metrology Organization, and food and medicines by the Food and Drug Administration.

We plan with the company before loading: the truck type, the collection time from the warehouse, and the delivery time at the client’s stores. Details are on the commercial shipping page.

Car shipping from Riyadh to Jordan

A car is the easiest thing to load and the hardest to clear. Loading it on the carrier takes a quarter of an hour, but its entry into Jordan for registration depends on its age, condition and specifications. So the first thing we ask you about is the year of manufacture, before the price and the date. A car that does not meet the condition cannot be cleared for the road there whatever its state, and sending it back costs two fares.

Condition The rule in force
Age of a passenger car No more than 5 years from the year of manufacture
Electric car No more than 3 years old, counting the year of clearance
Damaged cars Entry is barred for cars classed as damaged, flooded or burnt in the country of origin
Specifications Conformity with European, American, Gulf or Saudi specifications
Steering side Left-hand, as with cars in the Kingdom
Tax An overall rate that differs between petrol, hybrid and electric, charged on a value assessed by customs
  • Price: a saloon car on a shared carrier from SAR 1,290, and a four-wheel-drive on a dedicated carrier from SAR 2,020.
  • Luxury and sports cars: an enclosed carrier, lashing by the tyres rather than the body, and insurance at value. Their price is set on request.
  • Documentation: photos from every side and of the interior, the odometer reading, and a condition report signed by the driver.
  • Export: the traffic department issues the export certificate once outstanding fines are paid and the plates handed in. If the car is on finance, a no-objection letter is required as well.
  • In Jordan: many cars enter the Zarqa Free Zone, and are inspected and cleared from it.
  • A temporary visit: someone entering with his Saudi car for a visit does not export it. The carnet is explained on the triptik page.

The tax rates have changed more than once, so we confirm what applies with the clearing agent before shipping. The general conditions are in the article car shipping from Saudi Arabia, and the service is on the car shipping page.

The Haditha border post, the Omari post and Jordanian customs

Riyadh to Jordan via the Haditha border post

Every shipment goes through two clearances: Saudi export at Haditha, and Jordanian import at Omari. The crossing is about 1,300 km from Riyadh, so a missing paper is not easily made good. That is why we prepare the file in Riyadh before the truck moves, and send a copy to our clearing agent at both posts. A returnee’s furniture may be cleared at Omari or forwarded to Amman customs, depending on the file.

Item The rule in force at Jordanian customs
A returning Jordanian’s furniture Exempt if he lived outside Jordan for a year or more and the furniture is used
Arrival deadline Within six months of the date of return
Repeating the exemption Restricted, so anyone who has used it before has his position checked before shipping
A non-Jordanian moving to live there According to his status and residence; we confirm his position with the clearing agent
New items in their boxes Duty by item and 16% sales tax
Duplicate appliances One piece of each appliance; duplicates are treated as goods
Presence of the owner He or his agent at clearance
Type of shipment Documents
A returnee’s furniture and effects The passport showing the residence permit ended, proof that work has ended or a job contract in Jordan, a lease or title deed there, and a detailed list of contents
Cartons and gifts for family The sender’s ID, the consignee’s name, national number and mobile, and a list of contents with values
Commercial goods Invoice, packing list, certified certificate of origin, and the importer’s registration and card
Car The registration, the export certificate, the owner’s ID, and proof of the year of manufacture and specification

These conditions are checked before shipping, not at the border post. Someone who arrives with his furniture and then finds a condition missing pays the duty in full. The documents are explained on the required documents page, and the procedures on the customs clearance page.

The three land crossings between Saudi Arabia and Jordan

There are three land crossings between the two countries, and each serves a direction. Someone shipping from Riyadh sometimes hears advice to use Halat Ammar; it is a good crossing, but not for his road. The difference between the crossings is not in the procedure but in where the truck comes from and where it is going.

Saudi crossing Its Jordanian counterpart When it is used
Haditha, 36 km north of Qurayyat Omari, about 155 km from Amman Traffic from Riyadh, Qassim, Hail and the Eastern Province; it is the road of most trucks
Halat Ammar, north of Tabuk Mudawwara, about 320 km from Amman Traffic from Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Tabuk, and that bound for Ma’an and southern Jordan
Durra, 11 km north of Haql Durra, south of Aqaba Traffic bound directly for Aqaba on the coastal road

What cannot be shipped to Jordan or needs permission

Most of what is in a home ships without question. But a few items stop the whole truck if they are found in a single carton, because the inspection then becomes a full one. So set these items aside before packing day, and tell us about anything you are unsure of.

Item Ruling
Weapons, ammunition and anything resembling them Prohibited
Narcotics and psychotropic substances Prohibited
Flammable materials and gases Prohibited in general freight
Medicines Personal quantities with a prescription; commercial with a permit
Wireless devices and drones With prior permission
Food Personal quantities; commercial with a health certificate
Printed matter and discs in quantity Subject to review
Counterfeits Confiscated
Cash, gold and original documents Not shipped with furniture; keep them with you

The general list is on the prohibited items page.

Delivery in Amman and the Jordanian governorates

Delivering shipments from Riyadh in Amman

Jordan has twelve governorates, and most shipments from Riyadh end up in three of them: the capital, Zarqa and Irbid. A truck entering from Omari passes Azraq, then Zarqa, then Amman, and from there branches north to Irbid, Jerash and Ajloun, west to Salt and Madaba, and south to Karak, Ma’an and Aqaba. The following distances are approximate, from the Omari post:

City Approximate distance from Omari Delivery note
Zarqa About 130 km The first large city after the border post, with the free zone
Amman About 155 km Hills and steps, and a smaller vehicle for some districts
Mafraq About 160 km Served from the Zarqa road northwards
Salt and Madaba About 185 km On Amman’s day or the next
Jerash and Ajloun 200–220 km Mountain roads, and daytime delivery
Irbid About 230 km Usually the day after Amman
Karak and Tafilah 270–330 km On the Desert Highway southwards
Ma’an and Aqaba 370–480 km An extra day, and Aqaba has its own customs regime

Many homes in Amman stand on slopes with outside steps, and the streets of some old districts cannot take a large truck. An address there is known by the area, the street name and the building number, and often by the nearest circle or landmark. So when booking, state the floor, the type of entrance, the width of the street and a Jordanian mobile number. Destination details are on the shipping to Jordan page.

Shipping for individuals, companies, government bodies and embassies

What changes from one client to the next on the Riyadh–Jordan route is neither the truck nor the road, but what each one asks for around them. A family going back to Amman wants its furniture intact and a fixed price that does not rise on loading day. A business wants its operations to carry on without a break. Government departments and diplomatic missions put sound procedure, record-keeping and confidentiality of the contents first. We arrange each group’s preparation accordingly:

Client What matters to them What we provide
Individuals and families Safe furniture and the exemption file A check of the papers before shipping, dismantling, packing and assembly, and an itemised price
Residents sending to their families A fair price for a small amount Shipping by carton and weight, with delivery to the consignee’s door
Companies and factories The date and the documents A dedicated truck, tax invoices, a certificate of origin, and regular trips under contract
Government bodies Official procedure and documentation Letters, a collection and delivery record, and sealed packing for files
Embassies and missions Privacy and diplomatic exemptions Coordination of exemption documents through the embassy, and delivery inside the premises

After delivery we call to make sure everything is in its place, and deal with any remark written in the record.

Is there sea freight from Riyadh to Jordan?

Jordan has one port, Aqaba on the Red Sea, and Riyadh has none. So a container leaving Riyadh goes by road to Jeddah Islamic Port, about 950 km, then sails for two to 4 days, then goes from Aqaba to Amman, about 330 km. The door-to-door time is therefore 10 to 16 days, at least a week longer than by land. So sea freight from Riyadh only suits heavy commercial containers and equipment. A 20-foot container from Jeddah port to Aqaba starts from SAR 4,600, and the haulage from Riyadh is set on request. The full comparison is on the shipping methods comparison page, and the details of the line are in the article international sea freight from Jeddah.

Air freight from Riyadh to Jordan

Air freight from Riyadh to Jordan

There are daily direct flights between King Khalid International Airport and Queen Alia International Airport, and the flight takes about two and a half hours. The shipment is delivered in one to 3 days, with clearance at both airports. On a land route that takes three days at least, air becomes a real option for anything light and urgent: a document for a transaction, a sample for a client, or a spare part that work depends on.

  • For whom: documents, urgent parcels, commercial samples, small electronics, and the suitcase of a traveller in a hurry.
  • Calculation: the chargeable weight is whichever is higher, actual or volumetric. Our volumetric weight calculator gives you the figure.
  • Price: air freight starts from SAR 14 per kilogram, and express documents from SAR 83.
  • Clearance: at Queen Alia Airport, then delivery to the address in Amman or the governorates.
  • When land is the better fit: for furniture and large volumes, since land arrives in days at a far lower cost.
  • What is not carried by air: perfumes in quantity, loose batteries, aerosols and flammable liquids.

The two methods can be combined: the urgent part by air, and the rest by land in the same shipment. Details are on the air freight page.

Collection from Riyadh’s districts and nearby towns

We pack and load at your location, in any district of Riyadh: Olaya, Al-Malqa, Al-Narjis, Al-Yasmin and Hittin in the north, Al-Rawdah and Al-Naseem in the east, and Al-Suwaidi and Al-Shifa in the south and west. And because the road to Jordan passes Majmaah, Qassim and Hail, shipments from those cities are loaded on the way with no change of route:

City Distance from Riyadh Note
Diriyah and Muzahimiyah Up to 60 km Collected on the same day as Riyadh
Al-Kharj About 80 km Collected the day before loading
Majmaah About 190 km On the Qassim road, so it is loaded on the way
Buraydah and Unaizah About 350 km On the same road
Hail About 640 km The last large stop before Al-Jawf

Your final exit from Riyadh may fall before shipping day, or the home waiting for you in Jordan may not be fit to move into yet. Either way your belongings stay with us in the warehouse, wrapped and listed on their inventory, until you choose the day they move. Read about the service on the storage page, and about our work in the capital in the article international shipping company in Riyadh.

Steps for shipping from Riyadh to Jordan

  1. Contact: you send what you are shipping with photos, your district in Riyadh, and your city in Jordan.
  2. Exemption check: we ask about your length of residence and your papers, and tell you what is exempt and what is treated as goods.
  3. Itemised price: it reaches you with its items: dismantling, packing, transport, clearance and assembly.
  4. Booking: we fix the loading day and hour, and ask for copies of the passport and documents.
  5. Packing and loading: at your home, with a numbered list of contents and photos, then the truck is sealed.
  6. Export clearance: at the Haditha border post.
  7. Jordanian clearance: at the Omari post or at Amman customs.
  8. Delivery: to the address, with unloading and assembly if you ask for it.

Shipment tracking and insurance

Three days on the road is long enough for the owner of a shipment to have every right to ask. So we do not wait for the question. From the moment of loading you have one contact whose name and number you know, who tells you at every stage: leaving Riyadh, passing Hail, reaching Haditha, completing clearance at Omari, and the time of arrival at your door.

  • Tracking: by shipment number, with an update at every stage and a message on reaching the border post. Details are on the track your shipment page.
  • Documentation: photos of every piece before packing and after loading.
  • Insurance: yours to take or leave; the premium is a percentage of the value you declare yourself. We think it earns its place for cars and appliances on a road of about 1,450 km. Read about it on the cargo insurance page.
  • On receipt: check the pieces against the numbered list, and write any remark in the delivery record before signing.

Shipping from Jordan to Riyadh

The route works in both directions. We collect from your address in Amman, Zarqa or Irbid through our crew there, clear at Omari and Haditha, and deliver to any district of Riyadh. The used furniture and effects of someone coming to live in the Kingdom enter on a list of contents and a valid residence permit or work visa. Products of Jordanian origin enter on a certified certificate of origin.

Tips before shipping from Riyadh to Jordan

  • Go through the exemption papers with us before you set the loading day, not after.
  • Have the shipment arrive after you do, since a returnee’s file needs you present in Jordan.
  • Set aside what you will carry yourself: passports, certificates, contracts, gold and medicines.
  • Measure the stairs and the entrance at the home in Amman before shipping large sofas and wardrobes.
  • Write the list in detail: “used 55-inch screen”, not “appliances”.
  • Photograph appliances while they are working before unplugging them, and keep a copy of the list on your phone.

The rule in force is that a passenger car is no more than 5 years old from its year of manufacture, and 3 years for an electric one, that it is not classed as damaged, flooded or burnt in its country of origin, and that it meets the approved specifications, Gulf and Saudi included. We confirm what applies before shipping.
